Why IIA Radar
Telecom invoices are long, technical and structured differently by every provider. In most companies they land with accounting, get paid and filed. What is behind them, which number costs what, which contract expires when, stays in the dark. IIA Radar turns those PDFs into an understandable cockpit without anyone having to work through pages of line items.
Detailed explanation
You upload your invoices, IIA Radar reads them with AI, checks the totals, detects anomalies and gives you a continuously updated cockpit of all mobile, internet and landline contracts of your company. Every extracted number can be traced back to the exact PDF page.
What you can do with IIA Radar
- Upload up to 10 invoices at once, separated by mobile, internet, telematics, landline, IoT/M2M, security, Microsoft and other, with Excel import as an alternative
- AI extraction with a fixed data schema: every field traces back to the exact PDF page, the total is checked against the sum of all lines after each extraction
- Automatic anomaly detection: price increases with percentage and date, MultiSIM cards, roaming, volume boosts, unknown add-ons, separately listed Microsoft 365 licences
- Month-over-month comparison per phone number with a configurable threshold for cost increases
- Mobile cockpit per number: employee, department, cost center, location, tariff, add-ons, minimum contract term, device, change history
- PDF comparison report between current and previous invoice including delta to last month
- Minimum term tracking with configurable lead time: detects expiring contracts and reminds once per number
- Device inventory with manufacturer grouping, CSV/Excel import and statistics on purchase price and remaining balances
- Cost dashboard with reports for mobile, internet and other, PDF export per chart
Manual vs. IIA Radar
Without IIA Radar the monthly invoice check means: open every invoice by hand, go through every number, put last month next to it, spot price increases and add-ons yourself, track minimum terms in a separate spreadsheet.
IIA Radar does this comparison automatically on every upload: anomalies are flagged immediately, expiring terms are reported by themselves. The time saved depends on the number of your lines and contracts. We work out concrete figures for your company together in the intro call based on your actual invoice volume.
Example from practice
A company with 47 phone numbers and 6 internet lines receives several invoices from two providers every month. Until now they were filed, nobody knew the cost per department. With IIA Radar management sees in the cockpit: total costs, trend versus last month, three contracts ending within the next 90 days and which number belongs to which cost center.
