What does IIA do exactly?
IIA supports companies in structuring and preparing provided mobile and internet invoices and comparing them with previous billing periods. Cost developments per phone number can be displayed clearly and serve as a basis for internal reviews and decisions.
Who is IIA suitable for?
IIA is designed for companies that want to manage mobile and internet invoices, phone numbers, contract terms, or multiple telecom contracts more clearly. Particularly helpful for companies with multiple phone numbers, recurring invoices, or regular internal review effort.
Which providers are supported?
Currently invoice formats from A1, Magenta, and Drei can be supported. The analysis is conducted independently and exclusively on the basis of invoice data provided by the customer. Additional providers or formats may be added in the future.
What is MCP management?
MCP stands for Minimum Contract Period. In IIA, relevant contract terms and minimum contract periods can be recorded centrally and displayed clearly. Reminder functions can help to review important deadlines internally in good time.
What is IIA Vault?
With IIA Vault, invoices, documents, and payment information can be managed centrally. Depending on the scope of functions, documents can be prepared for accounting or tax advisory processes or further processed via connected systems.
Is IIA a partner or representative of A1, Magenta, or Drei?
No. IIA is an independent software solution and is not tied to any specific provider, network operator, or telecom company. The analysis is based on data provided by the customer. IIA does not evaluate providers and does not make binding decisions.
