I'm Kristina, founder of IIA Analysis Suite and have been working in telecommunications for many years.

What led me to start the company was an experience many businesses are familiar with: telecom invoices arrive in the inbox, get paid, filed away – done. What's behind them, how much is actually being used, whether the packages still match the current situation – that all stays in the dark.

I wanted a tool that creates this overview – quickly, clearly, and without hours of manual effort. Having come from the industry, I knew it was possible. And having seen how much time is lost in Austrian SMEs in the process, I had the drive to simply build it.

IIA Analysis Suite is the result.

I'm Uroš, developer and part of the IIA team.

What excites me about this project is the impact it has on businesses' day-to-day operations. Telecom invoices are often an underestimated mess – stacks of paper, unclear line items, no overview. Solving exactly that and bringing real order to businesses and desks is what drives me.

I'm convinced that IIA Analysis Suite makes a tangible difference – not just in numbers, but in daily work. And I enjoy not only contributing code, but actively bringing in ideas and helping shape how the product grows.

Does it really have to be this complex?

Chapter 1

Why IIA was created

We come from IT and telecommunications. In our day-to-day work, we kept encountering the same challenges: telecom invoices that are difficult to understand – and the effort businesses invest in managing them manually.

No dramatic experience. No big discovery.
Just a growing awareness that an everyday problem had no structured solution.

Chapter 2

The moment that made the idea tangible

It was not a dramatic breakthrough. It was an observation on a perfectly normal working day at a customer's office.

We watched a bookkeeper doing her work.

In front of her: a telecom invoice, 24 pages.
Next to it: a spreadsheet with phone numbers, tariffs, and cost centers.

And then the routine started — one we haven't forgotten since.
Page by page. Row by row. Typing, checking, searching, comparing.

  • "Which phone number belongs to which person?"
  • "Did this tariff change?"
  • "What exactly is this line item?"
  • "Why is the amount different this month?"

No answers. Only more questions. And less time.

The most difficult part was not just the time it took.

It was: Making sense of the connections within a multi-page invoice manually is genuinely hard — and this had to happen every month, without any structured comparison to the previous period.

The question: Why isn't this simpler?

There are CRM systems. There is accounting software. There are tools for many different business requirements.
But a solution that …

Not in theory — but in real offices, with real invoices, for real needs. Every feature in IIA today maps back to a real observed requirement.
