IIA Analysis?

Invoice Analysis automatically reads in your telecom invoices from A1, Magenta, and Drei (including scanned PDFs and bulk invoices) and turns them into a clear dashboard showing total costs by SIM card and by department. An AI continuously checks whether your current tariff still matches actual usage and suggests a better-fitting tariff when it doesn't. The system also keeps track of all minimum contract periods and reminds you automatically before a contract runs out.

Why it helps: you no longer need to search through invoices by hand or worry about missing a cancellation deadline. The software keeps watch for you.

IIA Pulse brings together all your customers, contacts, and sales opportunities in one place. The full history for every contact is visible, deals are created and their status is tracked through to closing. Tasks and appointments can be linked directly to a contact, with reminders for follow-ups. E-mails can be sent straight from within IIA Pulse, and the broadcast function lets you reach the whole team with a circular mail directly from the platform.

With IIA Vault you capture, review, and archive incoming invoices, and create, send, and manage outgoing invoices directly in the app. Expenses can be assigned to budgets and cost centres, the system automatically suggests matching bookings, and all receipts are stored centrally in a tax-ready format for your bookkeeping or tax advisor. Through BMD preparation, the complete data set is exported directly in a BMD compatible format.

IIA Performance automatically tracks, for every salesperson, how many new contracts, leads, device protection add ons, and contract renewals were closed, compared against the agreed target. Every morning, each employee automatically receives their personal figures by email, team leads get an afternoon summary, and weekly and monthly reports follow as PDF and Excel.
